...there's no place like your home!
It's the reality of the market, not negative just the reality. Great point on you may have to sell your home for less then you had thought but you are also getting oppurtunities to buy another home for less as well. It all works out in the end. And with the interest rates still very low it's a win-win right now!
I always tell my clients the truth. If you are moving up in a down market, then its a good time. If you are moving down in a down market, then it is not a good time. If you really do have to sell or really want to, I will list your home immediatly.
