I am not just saying this from a " salesperson-y" perspective. I am also a consumer, and I have good reason to think interest rates may never be this good again...
All though none of us are able to see the future, we ARE able to learn from the past and it is a good predictor.
I am happy to say that the real estate market in Spokane, Wa. is " stable" .

I believe that you are correct. The Richmond market is more stable than most also. I do not think we will see interest rates this low again either. Thanks for sharing the article.
