I started a new weekly routine with all of my sellers.

Each week, I spotlight one of my marketing tools. I send them a one paragraph e-mail describing the marketing tool, and how it helps them as a home seller. I want them to know that I am doing everything I can to make sure their home gets great exposure!

I decided to go public with this and also include my Weekly Seller's Spotlight right here on my blog!

BethAnn, I think that is a great idea and something we can include in a listing presentation--that  as a seller they will get weekly updates from their Realtor.  Thanks for posting your technique on AR!

some may want it by snail mail. But those can be prepared ahead of time. Use EVERY TOOL from SIGNS to web sites.

Front door is a great place to expose your clients home to more marketshare! What a great idea for a drip email campain for seller clients also!
