Well put.  I had not thought about what motivates me other than my upbringing, dedication to fulfilment of promises (I'll do so and so) at all costs, and so forth.  But ,... my multi-tasking abilities are a wonder to all my associates (so they say).  Multi-tasking for me is second nature, and people? I love 'em.  Gl with all that.
