WOW!  You really know what marketing means.

There are lots of realtors who could learn from your process: those that put the sign on the lawn and wait for potential buyers to call them.  A while later, we drive by and there is a sticker on the sign, "price reduced" or "new price".

These are the same realtors who don't blog on AR, Twitter or have any time to discuss the benefit of staging.  I've heard some great reasons why their clients don't want to stage.  The best reason lately was their clients don't have an hour for a staging consult!  The homes in question are still on the market months after I was told this, and were on the market for many months before that.

Oh well.

  BethAnn, very good marketing strategies. If you implement all of them it would seem you would beat out the traditional marketers and most of the new agents who can't afford to do all that. I am looking to get to where you are some day.
