Moving almost always comes with LIFE CHANGE.
Some are positive, and some are difficult.
This always brings extra challenges into the business of being a Realtor.
I am not a therapist, but I do care!
Bottom line is that buying, selling, and moving come along with new babies, newlyweds, divorce, death, relocation, job loss, new careers, and all kinds of goodies. Those are big stresses in life!
This means being perceptive, and above all else: being good to yourself is KEY!
When moving, take special care to minimize and simplify your life and activities in other ways. Cut out " obligations" and don't be afraid to ask for help!
Create a little time in your schedule to breathe.
This is a friendly reminder from your Realtor friend. :)

...there's no place like your home!

What? What? Not a shrink? Someone forgot to tell our clients!
BethAnne, Prior to getting in to real estate we made quite a few moves. Two of these were cross country from Colorado to North Carolina and then from North Carolina to Texas. I will never forget the stress. I ended up with a mouth full of can-cor sores and a few other unmentionable health problems.
Patricia, so true...good thing I have alot of empathy!
Marchel, yes- exactly...moving is so hard, and we as Realtor's need not ever forget that!
