Perry District Spokane Wa - Revitalized!

The Perry District in Spokane Wa is am amazingly charming neighborhood comprised of mostly older homes (1920-ish) on Spokane's South Hill.

This district is becoming some what of a hot spot for art, culture, and wellness.

Home Prices there vary from about 120,000-200,000 with some exceptions. There is a neighborhood park (Grant Park) and in the Spring-Fall they enjoy art festivals, farmers market and outdoor movies at the local hub...THE SHOP. The Shop is an old automotive place, gone coffee shop.

There are several local business worth checking out in the Perry District.

Today, I went for a walk along the scenic Benn Burr trail (an old railroad track) which you can catch from the Perry District area. Here are a few pictures I took along the way!

The Perry DistrictI recently sold a home to some first time home buyers in the Perry District. They are excited because it is such a walkable community!
