It never cease to amaze me how folks seem to become attached to the strangest things in their homes.
If you are going to market your home for sale, please consider this unsolicited advice from a not so subtle Realtor!

and last but not least........what in tar-nation do people have those old dusty crusty and musty artificial flowers for? I can think of few things as tacky as dusty plastic fake flowers!
I don't even like fake flowers on graves.
If I die, please...only the real thing, or leave me a note, or something the birds can eat.
Fake flowers are such a conundrum. I mean don't these people have friends who tell them the truth?
BOBBY SUE, THOSE THEM PRETEND FLOWERS IS UGLY!
Another pet pieve in the "decor" arena for me: Pillow's with messages. If you love your friend, or God loves your friend, can't you just tell them? Please do not ever buy me a pillow with a message on it, or a bible verse or a Christmas Carol.
The moral of the story: Get an honest opinion from someone with great taste before you put your home on the public market! You may have some de-dorking to do! I am honest enough to say so.
There are some exceptions to artificial flowers and plants. If they are new and progressive, that is DIFFERENT.
And just in case nobody told you..."Country" is OUT!
