I showed a home on acreage a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share this great creative idea from this seller!
Winter can be long here in the great Nortwest. Spring and Summer are a refreshing memory.
Inside the cozy living room, this homeowner had a BIG SCREEN TV with gorgeous pictures of all of the beautiful scenery, property, and animals that have frequnted this beautiful home in the country. There were up close photo's of flowers, trees, deer, apple trees, and so much more. It really made you want to stay and see each and every photo. You could see the lush green grass, bountiful garden, sunflowers, lilacs, it was a GREAT way to show off the Season's of Beauty this home has to offer. It felt really special, personal and showed how much the seller had pride in their place. There were several detail shots of the barn, fences, animals, it was a real pleasure! They also had beautiful, tasteful music playing along which speaks to the senses and adds to the fact that we just wanted to relax and stay put.
Some area's don't have this seasonal challenge, but we often have to re-take pictures of listings depending on the time of year. So this was indeed a GREAT IDEA!
If it's kind of a yucky time of year, bring on the photo's!
