I had a buyer move into their new home this weekend... and I had a seller move out.
My seller spent 12 hours cleaning to make it immaculate for the new owner.
My buyer moved into a dirty house. We did the walk through- and the assured us they were coming back to clean.
NEVER DID. I spoke to their agent and he said, they will come back and clean...
It was not "filthy" but it was not very clean at all.
I just want to put it out there, as I do to my seller's who exit there home, leave it how YOU would want to find it!
After all, it IS YOUR dirt! Mind your manners when you MOVE! I know it gets very stressful, but plan ahead to set time aside to administer a little elbow grease! Please :) ! and Thank you!
