Good service is the same, regardless of what the product is. Of course, I enjoy showing high end and luxury homes in Spokane WA , and I am comfortable doing so. But I truthfully -and equally enjoy the joy of working with first time home buyers in Spokane WA as well. They are so tickled when they walk through the door of their first home!
Home is where the heart is. It might be a 1 bedroom condo, or a mansion on the hill. I once got a call from a gal who said " I have 90,000 cash, I need to buy a home and nobody will help me. Will YOU?" We found a cute Victorian home and she has become a friend! Bonus! I gave her the same service as the million dollar buyers, and for me, this works. People are people, and pride of ownership runs deep- whether you buy a fixer-upper or a custom masterpiece. There's no place like home, and it is a privilege to be a homeowner, any way you look at it.
