It's been a " fruitful" week for me.
I was waiting to hear back on an offer I had written for a buyer who " bumped" a home sale contingency. I was discussing the time frames with the listing agent when I said "We had a deal at mutual conception which was Saturday!"
We both just cracked up for about 10 minutes. When you think about it, a home sale was born then so it kind of fits! The correct terminology is of corse, is mutual acceptance, as you know.
Seriously, it is a good reminder that this business can be very stressful, and a good belly laugh is just what the doctor ordered.
Well, we got the house, so I need to think of a baby gift, I mean welcome home gift for my clients. I don't think it was a Freudian Slip. Just little brain scramble.
