I must say... I am having a little too much fun on Facebook!
I love the multi-generational aspect of facebook the most. I am connecting with my friends and my kids friends too! I have some friends who say "my kids don't want me on facebook" TOO BAD! My 5 kids love having me on facebook (I am telling myself...) Actually it is NOTB! None of their business! I am 50 years old (young) and if I want my own facebook who are my kids to tell me otherwise. Makes no sense whatsoever!
I love facebook for many a reason.
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways...
I am keeping in touch with long lost friends from all over the world, literally!
I am keeping in much closer touch with my out of town relatives and really enjoying seeing pictures of them and their kids, ect.
I am talking to my friends from church, my kids school, my clients past and present.
I am advertising my listings for free and networking with Realtor's around the globe!
I use the pop-up chat box to save money by chatting with my out of town kids and friends!
I am announcing my musical events, performances, and those of my kids too. We are all freelance musicians :).
I am getting to know people better, which makes my heart glad. I am " in the know!"
FACE TO FACE-BOOK: My favorite benefit thus far? I am scheduling face to facecoffee with people EVERY WEEK as a direct resultof facebook. I truly love connecting with new and old friends, and getting to hear what is going on in their lives.
FACEBOOK ROCKS :)
